We encapsulate the final assembly with acrylic or polyurethane based materials for protecting the PCB from extreme temperatures and other environmental conditions. Functional testing can be performed using our custom designed test fixtures or customer provided test fixtures. All assemblies produced comply with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
