All assemblies are efficiently produced in accordance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. P.A.T.'s Manufacturing facility is a clean, professional environment. Our equipment is state of the art and well maintained.

By assigning a dedicated manufacturing engineer to each project and maintaining precise documentation, P.A.T. quickly identifies potential problems before they affect your time to market. Our experts carefully review the manufacturability of designs for precision and formulate recommendations for design enhancements. The result is cost-effective, high quality electronics products manufactured to your exact specifications.
Program Support:
Using formulas developed in-house, our manufacturing engineers fabricate solder paste stencils and develop pick-and-place programs for prototype assembly and production runs. Each product goes through rigorous first piece inspections with our Quality organization.
Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI):
Detailed flow charts/ product travelers map out each step in the manufacturing process, ensuring accuracy and timely project completion. This process is established for each individual assembly taking into consideration the specific customer design parameters.
Prototype Support and Reporting:
P.A.T. reports in detail with our customers all in house prototype reviews and recommendations upon completion of first-builds.
Manufacturing Feedback and Reporting:
Reviews and recommendations issued for ongoing product improvement, increased efficiency and order completion.
Documentation Review:
P.A.T. analyzes all customer-provided documentation for accuracy and overall manufacturability. Our staff will coordinate any questions regarding the information provided.
