Our team of qualified technicians, with over 20 years of experience in SMT assembly, assist customers at all stages of the SMT assembly process. SMT manufacturing lines are equipped with modern Mydata pick-and-place machines to handle any high or low volume throughput requirement.
Our off-line proprietary setup systems, in conjunction with closed loop SMT operations, allow us to produce prototypes within short turnarounds. Components are surface mounted on both single and double sides. In addition to automated SMT assembly, manual assembly of leaded and SMT components to create hybrid assemblies is also provided.All conventional leaded and lead-free processes performed on our SMT assembly lines comply with RoHS standards. Every CCA undergoes a rigorous process of thermal analysis and development to guarantee durable, reliable solder profiles, circuitry, and solder joints.
