Complete turnkey solutions are offered for the construction of multi-connector custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Regardless of the design complexity, we can handle high-volume production and provide JIT delivery too. Short turnaround for custom assemblies is possible with our inventory of UL and RoHS certified cables, wires, plus connectors.
Wires and cables are available with a range of insulation materials, including PTFE, PVC, and rubber. These wires are offered in different colors to suit diverse coding requirements. Wire terminals with different conductors such as brass, tin, or silver-plated materials are selected according to application requirements. Protective coverings include convoluted tubing/conduit, insulation sleeving, braid/loom, and tape.
All completed wire harnesses and cable assemblies are tested for compliance with customer supplied electrical and mechanical specifications. Tests for circuit continuity and terminal pull are carried out as well. We can mark part numbers or company names in the assemblies. Engineering assistance is also provided to aid you in choosing the right wire harness design and material for your applications.
